How accurate are the answers?
Accuracy depends on the way you ask question (we call “Prompt” in AI). AI models know human like interaction and you can be very descriptive. We are improving the model accuracy and testing different models for plastic industry. We won’t say it is 100% accurate but this is just a start.
AI is still evolving and it is in infancy stage, how computers were in in early 1970’s. Depending upon the AI model used and the query prompt by user, the results may vary. We are working on making the AI search reliable and it is an ongoing process. This website is in a BETA stage and we are making every effort to improve the website and search. WE ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE.
If you are not getting the correct or expected reply from AI, please try to refresh the page and try once again or try asking the same question in the different way. There is inherent issue with all AI models how they interpret and how they respond, sometimes they hallucinate (like humans). What kind of AI Model we use?
We are in a beta mode and trying various AI models to see the accuracy. We may use all available LLM models as trial and error, and also for cost effectiveness. It will be hard for us to give you a straight answer.

Is my Credit Card Info safe?
We use third-party Stripe to process all our payments. Stripe is a PCI-certified provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Why do we charge companies for search?
AI cost money to search and somebody has to pay. We are charging company as a start and depending on our expenses, we may charge consumers too. We are not sure yet how to price the search which will evolve over time.
